It's Always Brunch with Megan & Shannon
Join Megan and Shannon for real talk between girlfriends about dating, relationships, love, and sex… all the things we talk about over mimosas at brunch or during the hours and hours we spend on the phone like we’re back in high school.
As two modern, evolved, sexy, and fiery women in our 40s navigating the dating world, we are sharing our very relatable experiences to empower you to take ownership, accountability, and ultimately take charge of your romantic life whether you’re single or in a relationship. It’s about understanding who you are and investing in yourself to raise your frequency and experience everything your heart desires!
We also support the sexy, fun, curious men growing alongside us on this journey. Men who are mature and who are also emotionally available, open, and in tune with their wants and needs and looking to understand the women in their lives better.
There’s a new model of what the modern relationship can look like and we’re here to help create it. Communication, connection, alignment, passion, pleasure…let’s consciously create it together!
And don’t forget to grab your mimosa - because here It’s Always Brunch with Megan & Shannon! Cheers!

Overcoming Dating Frustration
We’ve all been there with dating. We just get to a point where we want to throw our hands up in the air. But we’re here to help you overcome dating frustration. It IS possible!
It’s up to you to reframe and focus on the positive. It’s time to start looking at your dating experiences and reflecting in order to get closer to where you want to be and to the vision you have for your romantic life.
We talk through a number of questions for you to think about and journal on. Get ready to self-reflect and own your experience!
· What red flags/dealbreakers did I knowingly and willingly ignore or disregard and why?
· Why am I’m done with this person or relationship or why didn’t it work? And how did it make me feel?
· What did I get from this relationship? What was positive?
· What did I contribute to this relationship?
· What did I learn?
· What did I do differently that I’m really proud of?
· Going forward, this is what I’m doing differently…
