We talk about what integrity means- honoring your words with the actions, being honest and transparent, taking accountability and responsibility, sharing your feelings, treating others with respect, and being consistent in what you say and do. Integrity is the foundation that allows you to build and grow in a relationship. It’s also necessary for trust, which we all know is massive.
We talk about how integrity supports healthy conflict resolution, what taking accountability looks like, the role avoidance plays in relationships when people are struggling with their integrity, and the importance of recognizing when someone is truly showing up in their integrity and is willing to work through things together.
